In Spanish, Primera means first. As a Hispanic-owned company, this name is very intentional and we think about it a lot.
For us, being Primera never meant being the biggest or the most profitable. It was never about awards or accolades. It was taking our skills, our passion and our determination, and turning it into a responsible company, avid collaborator and fierce community partner.

Recycling & Sustainability
We recognize that sustainability starts with responsibility. That’s why we’re committed to minimizing waste at every stage of our operations—from production to packaging.
We’re actively working to reduce our environmental footprint by:
- Recycling over 300,000 lbs. of sorted plastics and corrugate material annually
- Optimizing energy and water use through award-winning efficiency practices
- Streamlining manufacturing processes to reduce defects and minimize material loss
- Engaging in third-party sustainability assessments with EcoVadis and Manufacture 2030 to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
