In this role, Bambi leads engineering, quality, purchasing, planning and manufacturing. She focuses on ensuring that the company’s everyday activities run smoothly, while also continually driving operational efficiency improvements throughout the company.
Before joining Primera Plastics, Bambi had spent over 15 years in Materials and Operations Management with Interface (True Textiles) and Caster Depot (Great Lakes Caster).
Bambi is APICS certified as a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), lean certified and holds a Business degree from Davenport University. She is passionate about continuing education and is pursuing additional classes to augment her current experience.
